For some time now, we have successfully replicated driven tooling for our own turning centres. (Miyano, Star, Gildemeister, Churchill etc.) Using the highest quality materials where necessary (EN24T for shaft drives etc.)and bought in quality bearings gears and seals, we have (in our view!) always equalled and in some cases surpassed the quality of the very expensive originals. To date we have never offered this service commercially, but if there is anybody out there who may be interested - please give us a call. Static tool holders including those with V.D.I shanks are also no problem

Well done to all concerned who managed to secure Liverpool's accolade as "European Capital of Culture 2008" May be now Liverpool can start to build on this success and relaunch its image as one of this countries great cities. On a more personal note, lets hope that some of the forecast investment filters through to the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors!
